Route, Equipment & Schedule

• Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour home reset (weekend home time is not guaranteed).
• The Route: Dedicated regional lanes serving Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
• Weekly Miles: Keep it steady with roughly 1,110 miles per week across 3 loads (averaging 3 to 5 stops per route).
• The Labor: 100% touch freight. You will handle box-by-box unloads using roller ramps at delivery locations.
• The Shift: Overnight driving designed for early morning deliveries. Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The Fleet: Drive modern International, Freightliner, or Kenworth tractors.
• Training: Includes 1 week of paid ride-along training at $150/day.

Driver Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Physical ability to perform box-by-box unloads in extreme hot or cold weather.
• Must have secure truck and trailer parking for home time (requires at least two security features, like a gated yard, cameras, or a security guard).
• Please pack 2 weeks of personal supplies for orientation.
• Clean MVR and background check (strictly not SAP friendly).
