CDL-A Trainee Driver | Start Your Trucking Career

Our CDL-A Trainee Program is designed for recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with no tractor-trailer experience. During training, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to safely operate a commercial vehicle, manage long-haul routes, and build a strong foundation for a successful driving career.

Training Program

Paid training: $850 per week
Training duration: 4–6 weeks
Over-the-road (OTR) training
Learn from experienced trainers and professional support teams

After Training

Earn $1,200–$1,400 per week
34-hour home-time resets
Day, night, rotating, and mixed-shift schedules available
Average 1,800 miles per week
Additional $40 for loads under 100 miles
Additional $15 for live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hook events
Consistent freight and opportunities to grow your earnings



Qualifications:
0 months or more tractor trailer experience
Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card
Hair drug test
Clean Records
No Sap Drivers
